Amy Germano

Amy first began practicing Pilates in 2013 to help manage her chronic lower back pain, and complement her weight training. She instantly fell in love with Pilates, noting significant improvements in her body awareness, alignment, and overall strength. Amy developed an appreciation for mindful movement and was eager to learn more. She completed her Pilates training in 2022 through Polestar Pilates, gaining valuable experience by apprentice teaching alongside physiotherapists.

Amy is dedicated to helping her clients reach their full potential by fostering strong minds and bodies through movement integration. She is passionate about empowering individuals to better understand their bodies, promoting a better way of life.

She is passionate about sharing her Pilates expertise with others and remains committed to ongoing studies to deepen her knowledge.

Outside the studio, Amy enjoys spending time with her two young children, going to the gym, and cooking and exploring different cuisines.
