Patients can choose to stay in one-on-one classes or enter group classes which are kept small (max 4 patients) so that they are supervised at all times by a qualified practitioner.
A water bottle, towel, and grippy socks if you have them
Pilates involves a lot of body movement, so wearing comfortable gym clothing which allows you to move is advised.
