Emily’s passion for Osteopathy stems from her interest in health and wellbeing. Experiencing sports related injuries as a teenager led Emily to want to help others along their health journeys.

Naomi is an Osteopath trained in Clinical Pilates, passionate about the role of movement in overall health and wellbeing. She takes a functional, evidence-based approach to help prevent injury, build strength, and improve mobility.

Chloe is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She has a strong interest in understanding the underlying drivers of pain and dysfunction, ensuring her care goes beyond temporary relief to support long-term, sustainable change.

Amy first began practicing Pilates in 2013 to help manage her chronic lower back pain, and complement her weight training. She instantly fell in love with Pilates, noting significant improvements in her body awareness, alignment, and overall strength.

Courtney began her Pilates journey in 2022 to complement her passion for equestrian sport, seeking to build strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. She has always been drawn to Pilates for both its physical and mental benefits, and over time her practice has led to improved wellbeing, greater body awareness, and a love of movement she is excited to share with others.

Rebecca found osteopathy in her late teens after struggling with back pain herself. After experiencing how osteopathy treatments enabled her to manage and understand her pain, she knew she wanted to help others do the same.
