Dr Nick Efthimiou (Osteopath)
Nick is an experienced osteopath with an interest in general practice, chronic pain management and exercise rehabilitation. He graduated in the class of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science (osteopathy) from Victoria University.
He tailors each treatment to the individual, combining skilled manual therapy, education based on the latest clinical evidence and, when needed, personalised exercise programming.
Nick aims to empower his patients with the knowledge and understanding of their health so they can live well no matter what they do.
Nick has previously been involved in education for osteopathic students and clinicians. He has taught at Victoria University, and run courses and workshops for health professionals in the fields of manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and chronic pain management. In 2022 Nick co-authored a text book chapter on the topic of ‘Exercise for Chronic Pain management’.
Outside of work, Nick loves to exercise, host people for dinners and spend time with his young family.
