Evidence-informed osteopathy, rehabilitation and women’s health care — Melbourne’s West

Live Well Health Centre provides osteopathy-led musculoskeletal care with a strong focus on rehabilitation, self-management, and functional recovery.

We work with patients presenting with acute, persistent, and complex musculoskeletal conditions and aim to support progression toward independent movement, reduced recurrence risk, and discharge from care.

Appointments are structured to allow comprehensive assessment, individualised treatment planning, and guided rehabilitation progression.

Who we are

Live Well Health Centre is an allied health clinic based in Caroline Springs providing osteopathy-led assessment and rehabilitation.

Our clinical model combines:

  • extended consultation times
  • movement-based rehabilitation
  • structured exercise progression
  • education and self-management planning
  • access to a full rehabilitation gym and clinical Pilates studio

We regularly support patients with:

  • persistent or recurrent musculoskeletal pain
  • chronic low back or neck pain
  • tendinopathy and overuse conditions
  • pregnancy and postnatal musculoskeletal care
  • post-surgical rehabilitation
  • occupational and return-to-work management

Care is evidence-informed and coordinated with medical providers where appropriate.

What makes our care model different

Longer consultations for comprehensive care

Appointments are structured to allow thorough assessment, movement analysis, and individualised planning rather than brief symptom-focused treatment.

Strong emphasis on self-management

Education, exercise prescription, and graded activity progression are core components of care. The goal is functional improvement and long-term independence.

Integrated rehabilitation environment

Patients have access to:

  • large on-site rehabilitation gym
  • clinical Pilates studio
  • supervised exercise progression
  • structured return-to-activity planning

This allows treatment to extend beyond hands-on care and into guided functional rehabilitation.

Clear clinical communication

We provide reporting where required and focus on progression toward discharge rather than ongoing dependency.
