Karolina first was introduced to osteopathy in her high school years after suffering with back pain. Its holistic approach to the body and health resonated with her, and from there her passion for osteopathy began.

Amy first began practicing Pilates in 2013 to help manage her chronic lower back pain, and complement her weight training. She instantly fell in love with Pilates, noting significant improvements in her body awareness, alignment, and overall strength.

Elisha has a strong passion for Pilates and has practiced for several years prior to becoming a qualified instructor. With additional experience in Callisthenics (CaliVic), Elisha aims to plan fun and challenging Pilates workouts for clients to achieve their fitness goals and optimal mental wellness.

Ella’s interest in Clinical Pilates began when she underwent scoliosis surgery as a teenager, and had her recovery facilitated by osteopathy and Pilates. Ella was interested in the holistic and balanced approach offered by the combination of osteopathy and clinical Pilates.

Gayan entered his Osteopathic studies at RMIT from a background in the health sciences, majoring in pharmacology. Gayan believes it was the holistic approach to treatment that really attracted him to osteopathy.
